Each athlete must complete one quadrant.
Sprint back to start, tag next athlete then sprint to the finish line.
Once that athlete crosses the finish line, they are off the board.
Substitutions are allowed at any time, but whoever finishes the quadrant will be off the board.
Manage your skills effectively.
Match ends when the whole team crosses the finish line.
